Lucinda Dawson

Volunteer work at Romanian orphanages in 1990 inspired Lucinda to qualify as a paediatric nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital and then gain a first class nursing degree.

Between posts in trauma, neurology, metabolics and research, she set up a school nurse post for a charity in Chennai, helped out at FARA children’s homes and started a family with her husband in London.

Lucinda joined FARA as a Trustee in 2015 offering support in health and child development.
