Biking, swimming, partying, Silviu knows how to fundraise in style.
Silviu is a bit of an old pro when it comes to raising money for FARA. In 2017 he cycled from London to Bucharest and in 2018 he took part in the Bucharest Swimathon and held a New Year’s Eve party fundraiser.
I now feel part of the family. I keep choosing FARA when fundraising as I have a great belief in their mission, I feel that more disadvantaged children should have a better chance for a normal life.
In 2019 Silviu chose to celebrate his birthday with a fundraising bike ride; cycling from Bucharest to Constanta on the Black Sea coast.
After 264km and 9 hours 55minutes of cycling (not including rain delays and snack breaks) in an average of 27°C, Silviu arrived in Constanta and headed straight for the sea!
