FARA’s just-launched new website is a textbook example of European collaboration! So says Tim Burton, FARA’s Communications Advisor who is based in Norfolk, UK.
Working from a brief prepared by a local consultant, Tim commissioned web developers eKreative, located in Cherkassy in the Ukraine, to create the site. Meanwhile the new FARA logo was prepared by designers in Cornwall and Norfolk, based on a typeface invented by Bulgarian Ivan Filipov. Finally, staff in Romania contributed vital content and news items.
Tim Burton commented: ‘The process for developing this site would have been hardly imaginable a few years ago. Thanks to the hard work of staff in four countries we now have a new and exciting window into the activities of FARA Charity. With regular news postings, lots more pictures and a simple-to-use interface it will be a pleasure to visit for FARA’s worldwide band of supporters and a valuable way of recruiting more people to FARA’s cause.’
