Youth at risk
Independent life and work skills for institutionalised and at-risk youth
We are very grateful for the continued support of our Royal Patron, His Majesty King Charles III.
Our royal patron, King Charles III, is very important to FARA and the work we do. His affiliation with FARA helps to further our cause in Romania by raising our profile and bringing a commitment to transforming the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people.
From highlighting our important work in Romania, to visiting programmes and offering his time and services to the charity, King Charles III’s patronage plays an invaluable role in FARA. With his support, we can achieve great things.
“I have been greatly impressed by everything that I have discovered about the wonderful work that FARA is doing in Romania.
There is a desperate need for a charity which understands the complex needs of the many abandoned children in that country, and which works with the Romanian people so that these children can eventually play their part in building Romania’s future.
I do believe that FARA is one of the organisations best placed in Romania to achieve this.
FARA has already proved what can be done. Now it needs our help to complete that task.”
Our Royal Patron sent us a short video message congratulating us on having transformed the lives and livelihoods of the most disadvantaged in Romania’s poorest communities on our 30th anniversary.
