This is the privacy policy of FARA Foundation (known as FARA Charity or FARA), which is accompany registered in England and Wales (company number 07432706) and its registered office is on the 2nd Floor, Suite 1, 8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington TW11 8HT. It is also registered with the Charity Commission (registration number 1139349).

FARA Safeguarding policy

FARA is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff, volunteers, students and visitors to share this commitment.

FARA Shops Safeguarding policy

FARA Charity Shop’s Managing Director is responsible for the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults who work or volunteer within FARA Charity Shops. The FARA Executive Leadership team and Board of Trustees have set in place a safeguarding policy and expect every adult working or helping within FARA Charity Shops to support and comply with it.

Retail Gift Aid Agency Agreement Terms & Conditions

On completing the FARA Gift Aid Declaration Form and presenting it to the FARA shop, you are confirming that you are the owner of the goods which you have made available for sale. You will be allocated a unique Donor ID number, which will be used to identify your goods so that FARA (Charity No. 1139349) can track the money generated from the sale of your goods.
