Casual Sales Assistant – Notting Hill

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Casual Sales Assistant to support our Shop Manager and team in the effective running of our busy shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, and needs flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and prepare donations for sale
• Steam and price clothing items
• Create eye-catching shop displays
• Handle cash and operate the till
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Address customer queries and resolve issues
• Build connections within the local community
• Stay informed about our products and current promotions

The Candidate:

• At least 1 year of retail or related fast-paced environment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Organised, efficient, and proactive
• Positive attitude and a customer-first approach
• Reside within 30 minutes of the shop

Working Times:

• 8-hour shift with a 30-minute paid break
